Shipping Policy
It's A Sweet Treat Day Bakery ships throughout the United States using USPS as our third party shipping carrier.
Orders are only shipped nationwide, using USPS Priority (1-3 business days), Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders placed must have 1 week lead time prior to shipping. Shipments can only be delivered to a street address within the United States. No P.O. Boxes. It's A Sweet Treat Day Bakery is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for USPS. Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered, UPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
Return Policy
At It's A Sweet Treat Day Bakery, we take pride in our baked goods. If you are unsatisfied with your baked good, we require that you please return your baked good to us within 24 hours of receiving it. All refunds (if any) given will be put on in-store credit to be used at a future date.
*We must receive the baked good back in order for a any refund to be received via in-store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Payment Method
It's A Sweet Treat Day Bakery only accepts credit card payments through Square. If an order requires multiple payments, a Square invoice will be sent to the email address of the order placement and must be paid as specified in the invoice. It's A Sweet Treat Day Bakery does not accept cash, check, PayPal, or any other forms of payment without prior consent.
Order Policy
It's A Sweet Treat Day Bakery requires at least 72 business hours lead time on all orders placed and lead times are subject to change based on size of the order, event date, materials required to complete your order. We will do our very best to provide an estimated time of completion once order is placed or notify you immediately when it is realized that we are unable to complete your order in the timeframe specified.

It's A Sweet Treat Day Bakery does not offer a cancellation policy. Once the product and/or service is requested, agreed to, and paid for, the order is locked in. Product that is not picked up at the day and time customer selected, will not be refunded or be put on in-store credit.
